Hi there. Warts do not commonly present as 'itchy' lesions. Fungal infection more likely admixed with a bacterial infection. Does your partner have any STD or herpes would be the next logical query; else no need to worry assuming there has been just that partner. Again, to confirm warts, simple home test..dab that region with common white home vinegar..leave on for 10-15 mts..if it turns white, likely to be HPV infection. Also may go in for a serum IgG/IgM test for herpes 1 & 2 ..pretty standard to pick up herpes infection. Treat with a tablet containing 200mg fluconazole-2 gram tinnidazole & 1 tab should suffice. Cheers & do use protection & stay safe!
