Itchy Bottom Feet, Red Chin, Bruise In Ankle. Taking Cortiosone, Lotion

I have very itchy bottoms of my feet. Been treating with cortisone and lotion for severe dry for four weeks...still itch. Recently a bruise from ankle getting stuck in door swelling in ankle...old surgery site as well..all bruised and swelling. Past few nights saw chin being reddish and warm!! I had a clot in 2002...but this seems a bit different. Not sure if need an ultra sound/

Hi red itchy soles and red chin indicates it is acute urticaria.bruise on the ankle can be infection.
Treat the condition with atarax 25 mg at night.alaspan in the morning .antibiotic twice daily and application of t bact ointment over the briuse .calamine over the chin and foot.
Rule out fungal infection.if no response use oral steriods
