Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi
thanks for posting your query. Severe itching and nocturnal itching are suggestive of scabies. I suggest you to apply 5% permethrin cream once as overnight application and to take cetrizine at night for ten days. You must change all linen after treatment. If you are not better please consult your dermatologist.
