Itching Under Scrotum Area. Applied Candid B Ointment, Imidil Ointment, No Improvement. What Is The Cure?
Hello!! I am 37 years old male with height 5'8" and weight 80 kgs (approx). For quite some time now I am suffering from acute itching under the area of scrotum but there are no significant rashes or redness observed so far. I used Candid B ointment first and then Imidil ointment but there has been no improvement excepting for some temporary relief. It has been almost a month now and the itching does not seem to go. I am healthy otherwise with no other complications. Please advise.
You might be suffering from fungal infection. Please consult your doctor and confirm your diagnosis by clinical examination. Though using candid B is useful in many patients, following points are also important. Always wear cotton inner clothes and maintain genital hygiene. Dry yourself completely after having shower. Apply the creams at night before going to bed. You can use deodorants with anti perspirant combination.
hope this helps
