Itching, Ringworms On Legs. Tests Shows Deficiency In Vitamin D, Elevated Lymphocytes. Cause?
Hello. I have itching but no rash. Since itching I have developed a few ringworms on my legs. I also took blood tests for my own sanity to make sure I had no crazy diseases or something. My tests showed negative for chlamydia, HIV, and all other diseases. However my tests showed that I was deficient in Vitamin D, and my lymphocytes were slightly elevated. What does that mean? Could any of this be the cause for itching and the ringworms? Please help

Itching, Ringworms On Legs. Tests Shows Deficiency In Vitamin D, Elevated Lymphocytes. Cause?
Hello, Thanks for the query, You might have developed fungal infection. Your description matches with this. Please get a KOH mount done, This can confirm the fungal etiology. Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals. Vitamin D deficiency may not be associated with skin rash. Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
