Itching On Penis, White Coating Under Foreskin. Diabetic. Could This Be The Cause ?

I am diabetic since 35 years now my age is 68, all of a sudden I have itching sensation on pennies white coating under fore skin is noticed, so far I have not taken any medicine except some cream, I had this problem earlier some 4 years ago it disappeared on its own, now I feel it's different once dr told me its because of diabetics is it true

Hi,

Seems like you have developed a fungal infection of the penile region.
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash it with lukewarm saline water twice a day.
You need to apply an antifungal cream over the affected area.
Do not apply any other creams or oils over it.

Get you alone glucose levels assessed as it is more common in diabetics.
