Itching On Buttock Crack, Bleeds After Scratching

I have chronic itching just inside the top of my buttock crack. There is often a small crack. Sometimes it itches so bad that I scratch and it bleeds .

This is probably a case of psoriasis. I would suggest application of "Aquafor" to the area. You may need to apply the moisturizer several times a day for a while. If you do not see an improvement in your condition in 2-3 weeks, you may need to see your family physician.

If there is a break in the skin, an infection may occur. Try not to break the skin and cause bleeding.
