Itching In Vulva, Yellow Clear Discharge, Soreness And Pain With Pus. Water Infection Or Cystitis?

Hi, on sunday it felt like I had a water infection or cystitis so I drank loads of water and it started to feel better but soon after my whole vulva area started to itch and soon became sore. I also had an odorless clearish discharge. I put it down to thrush so started to use thrush cream on it and i noticed two smallsh spots either side of my vagina that just felt and looked like normal acne spots. over the past few days more have them have started to develop upwards on the inner and outer of the labia. they're really sore and hurt constantly. this morning i noticed that some of them had like holes in the middle and one or two (that felt particularly big) had pus in them and one of them burst. my discharge has also changed to a yellowish colour and smells pretty bad! sorry for it being gross. but im worried

It would have been a better history, if you could provide the time line of the sequence of events.

I feel there is some lesion which are secondarily infected with bacteria.
Visit your dermatologist & venerologist to examine and diagnose the primary lesion, if possible get a bacterial culture and sensitivity of the pus discharge done. Proceed according to his advice.
