Itching In Testicle Area Due To Hot Weather, Painful, Feels Sticky With Smell. Solution ?

Hello I went to visit my good country 4months ago and while I was there I stayed for sixmonths and the temperature was very hot and my testicles area started itching really bad and it got really pain full and use to burn but then I used this cream form there and it kinda got better but am back go the UK now and my testicles feels sticky and if I rub it some dirt like stuff come out its like sweat when you havend showee after playing football and my testicles kinda smells too please help

Hello,
The symptoms as mentioned in your post suggest that you might be having fungal infection in the testicular area.

Management includes:
1. Keeping the area dry & avoid too much exposure to water or sweat formation.
2. Antihistamine preparations like cetirizine to provide symptomatic relief.
3. Application of topical antifungal cream to tackle the causative organism.
4. Topical antibiotics can also be applied to prevent secondary bacterial infections.

If symptoms still persist or aggravate further, then it will be better to consult a Dermatologist & get a proper examination done to find out the actual cause.
So that appropriate management steps could be taken.

Also avoid wearing tight underwear & trousers...as it will cause sweating & predispose to infections.
