Itching In Pubic Area, Pus-filled Bumps, Bleeding When Scratched. Used Antifungal Creams
I have had this problem since a few months (more severe before than now) that I got severe itching all over my pubic area mostly on surface. It happened mostly at nights. Then it turned into pimples with filled pus . They bled because I would scratch a lot. Then I used normal antifungal creams they helped with itching but I still have scaly skin, pimples and itching during the second half of my menstrual cycle mainly.

From what you mention, you seem to be having boils in the area mentioned.This is caused by a bacterial infection.For the treatment :
1)U can clean with Normal Saline 2-3 times a day to keep the area clean.
2) Do not touch it or attempt to drain it yourself.This leads o further infection even after a sense of relief due to drainage of the pus.
3)Antibiotic creams applied to the skin like mupirocin twice daily for 10 days.
4) Oral anti inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen/ Paracetamol may help relieve the pain and reduce the inflammatory process.
5) U might require oral anti biotic therapy to reduce the infection .
To prevent further infection:
-Reduce friction from clothing
-Keep the area clean

Hye! You may be having candidal infection with secondary bacterial infection.. Take ketoconazole tab. Once a day.. Antibiotics for bacterial infection. All for 2 to 4 week. Tak Levocetirizine tab , if itching is there. Apply antibiotic cream till infection is cleared. Then apply anti fungal cream twice a day. Take sitz bath with dettol water daily. Take healthy food. Avoid stress, Be positive, you will be alright... Ok
