Hi,

BASED on the information it seems like having an issue of "CONTACT DERMATITIS" or "FUNGAL INFECTION "
Following are the probabilities arranged in order of common occurrence along with advice.
1) Fungal infection (commonly known as ring worm infection) - most probable cause
2) Allergic reaction (contact dermatitis)- second most probable cause
3) Very rare probability of bed bug bites

ADVICE:

Please contact PHYSICIAN ,
Reason is its hard to come to conclusion just from the description and a visual conformation / touch may be needed and may need some diagnostic test to pin point the cause.

Here is mostly all physician tend to do
1) Physical examination
2) Visual inspection and touch to feel the changes
3) May need a KOH test in case of fungus
4) May need to do blood test, or allergen test for finding out the cause

5) TREATMENT OPTIONS.
a) Prescribe the antifungal cream for the ringworm in case of fungal infection.
b) In case of allergic reaction will ask you to stay away of the allergen and may prescribe you antiallergenic drug
c) In case of bed bug which is rare possibility , may need some extra precaution and will prescribe antibiotics and antiallergic medication.

Hope it helps

Hi and welcome to HCM!

Thanks for posting your query here.

The clinical picture seems to be urticaria a skin disease. where you will have an intense itching. So many conditions are there which will cause this disease. Anyhow you have made an appointment with the doc its good.

Allegra is a fast acting antihistamine. It can be used in runny nose, skin itching, itching eyes. A tablet of 120mg will be enough for today. Two tablets will be overdosage. This will give you relief surely.
Hope this is helpful to you.
Regards
