Itching And Swelling In The Penile Foreskin. What Is It?

A week ago a small portion of my foreskin started to itch and swell a little and the skin in that area as got a different texture ,i can also see some veins there that look bigger than before, it doesnt hurt when i touch it but gives me discomfort and i also have a intense penis smell. -It is not a phimosis , i can pull back the foreskin just fine. -It is not a STD (virgin)

Hello dear ,
The condition you are suffering from is called as posthitis that is swelling of prepuse.
It mainly happens during trauma of sex.
As you are virgin this looks like irritation to the skin due to some chemical, may be a new under wear.
You also mentioned increased smell. This may be due to increased secretion from penis glands due to irritation.
Was tip of penis with normal saline, you can get normal saline in medical shop.
Wash twice daily for 5 days you will get relief.
