1) Haridrakhand : 1/2 teaspoon with milk- 2 times a day.
2) Chewing fresh Neem Leaf : 4-5 fresh Neem leaves early in the morning.

Avoid sour things.
Don't use soap.

hi manojgautam ur query has one diagnostic term, two drugs which are not needed together, further one of them in in triple dose. (LCZ and allegra are same class drugs only one of them is given at a time, the dose of allegra is 180mg daily once)
I think that "Shita pita" mentioned by u is misleading and u are diagnosing ur self and treating wrongly.
please report the clinical problems, nature of skin rashes, seasonal change, day-night change, ur occupation with duration and aggravating factors if known so that i may guide u better.

ur problem may not be sheeta pitta.

1. skin and nervous system has a common embryological origin, thus it's a psychosomatic disease and apart from body you have to think of the treatment of psyche (mind) also.
2. is it acute or chronic shita pitta because patient with chronicity respond slowly to the treatment.
3. two principle treatment modalities are: treatment of the impurities in rakta (blood) and stress.
4. take a detailed history of the symptoms and detailed study of the individual constitution (Prakriti) in deciding the medicines.
4. Laghu sutashekhar Ras is the drug of choice as it checks the production of histamines.
