It Is Either Mini Stroke Or Migraine, Any Ideas

hi i was in a& e today wit numbness down my right side wit severe headache on my left side i has slurred speech and blindness in one eye.. its either mini stroke or migraine any ideas as to what it cud be I'm also 14 weeks pregnant

numbness and slurred speech must not be neglected.This does not suggest migraine
at all If you are kipping high BP, even if not you should immediately consult your
guynecologist,all the possibility of it being stroke. Thanks
