Is Zimig Cream Advisable For Groin Fungal Infection?

I was having fungul infection in my groin area, I consulted a doctor and he prescribed me zimig Cream. But the infection is not getting cured rather its now spread all over my scrotum , I am not able to wear pants the whole scrotum area is reddish and I am having terrible inflammation.
Yesterday the same doctor gave me
1)     Rox Id 150mg 2) ATARAX 25mg and 3) H-H Fudic cream
Please suggest if the medicine is correctly prescribed as I am not seeing any change even after 24 hrs
