Is White Head At The Entrance Of Urethra Concerning?

I have a white head at the entrance of my uretha and from what I ve read online I can get it from excessive sweating, rubbing on rough clothing, and side effect from a spermicide found in a lot of condoms referred to as Non-9. Will it go away over time? I had a barely noticeable tingle the first day I found it(which I thought I may have felt from inspecting the spot repeatedly) and since then it hasn t been noticeable at all.

Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.
The where spot that you have noticed can be due to physical reasons like friction, rubbing or masturbation or rough sex activity. Or it can be due to swelling of the para urethral glands.

If it is not causing you any trouble at present,then just keep watch on it, look whether it is increasing or decreasing in size.
In case of any doubt please seek support from your treating doctor, get it examined.
You might need a 5 days course of broad spectrum antibiotic like Doxycycline.

I will suggest you to maintain vaginal hygiene. Use of Lactic acid containing vaginal wash during bath time is advisable.
