Is White Discharge From Adult Acne Normal?

i have acne as an adult, the discharge from a larger mass was not white,it was grey and large in volume (around pea size!) i have had a mass there before and the discharge when lanced was white,is this normal? i have had black heads but they did not have this volume of matter

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

You might be suffering from rosaceae.

It is an inflammatory condition of face,

Mainly affecting the face,

The vessels get dilated and hence face become red.

You need treatment with topical anti inflammatory like metrogyl cream.

Doxycycline is also helpful.

A photograph woul have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
