i have a single white bump on the very back side of my tongue. It is only on one side. My friends dad is a doctor and said it was irritated papillae????? it has been there for 2 weeks, does not hurt but has me concerned about cancer. I do take meteroprol for migraines and use smokeless tobacco...

if u r using smokeless tobacco for long time, it is better get evaluated, it may be precancerous. it is better to stop tobacco chewing. it is reversible if it is pre cancerous
