Is Vomiting, Sore Breasts And Frequent Urination Related To Pregnancy?

I had my tubes clamped 4an a half years an the past two days I have been really tired moody vomiting an eating an urinating through the nite boobs are very sore is it possible I could be pregnant an my belly is getting bigger an looks like a pregnant belly

Hi, thanks for writing.. Nothing is mentioned about the periods.. Have you missed your periods? Yes these are symptoms of pregnancy but without a confirmed urine pregnancy test, pregnancy cannot be confirmed.. you can get a b hcg blood test to know the pregnancy status.. if the value is more than 10, it confirms pregnancy.. still you need to get a scan to confirm intrauterine pregnancy because chance of ectopic pregnancy is high after clamping the tube.. hope i have answered your query..
