Is Vertigo Common During Meth Withdrawal?

Is vertigo(shaking eyes) common during methdrawal? I was injecting between 1-3 grams/days for the last three months. I only slept for roughly 24 hours in the last thirty days prior to getting clean. Now,I m on day three of sobriety but the shaking eyes has not stopped. Please help .

yes vertigo is quite common in meth withdrawal. you may take tab betahistine dihydrochloride or prochlorperazine for now.
please make a visit to ER to rule out any serious withdrawal effects.
