Is Vaccinations In A Baby Safe While Having G6PD?
My 8 week old son has G6PD, I was wondering if it is ok to give vaccinations or if there are any that should be avoided. I ve read something about the link with G6PD and possible Autism due to vaccinations. Also, is there are secondary test that can be done to find out the severity of the deficiency?

Hi...you can go ahead with all the vaccinations. NO relation of G6PD deficiency and vaccinations or even to autism. Please go ahead with vaccinations and protect your kid.
I suggest that you have list of all the drugs which should not be used in G6PD deficiency patients and also mention to the same to which ever doctor you visit to.
