Hi, could a 4 - in - 1 DPT + HIB (B) vaccination cause stomach infection like symtoms and stomach ache (prolonged) in a 2.5 year child,boy as a side effect?

Yes, theoretically DPT+HiB vaccination can cause stomach illness such as vomiting and diarrhoea. However, these side effects are less common. Fever, pain at the injection site are more common (again severity depends on the type of vaccine used). Your child might have had a stomach bug which is going on all over at present as the season is changing. Hope he is better by now.
