Is Using Vapor Cigarette With Modicum Of Nicotine Recommended?

I have stopped smoking for the last 47 days. I am however using a vapor cigarette with a modicum of nicotine. This is working for me as I do not want to EVER go back to the real thing. Is there some hidden danger with these as well? I plan to quit this eventually as I am not getting much satisfaction from it.

First of all I would like to congratulate you for quitting smoking for last 47 days. This certainly a good decision that you want to quit vapor cigarette too and do not want to go back to smoking. Quitting smoking is the best thing you are doing for yourself.
When you stop smoking‚ your body has to adjust to no longer having nicotine in its system. Withdrawal is your body adjusting to not having nicotine, which can be uncomfortable. For most people, the worst of the symptoms only last a few days to a couple weeks. This is when feelings of withdrawal are strongest. It helps to be prepared and know what to expect so you can stay smokefree.

Medications and behavior changes can help manage the symptoms. Remember that these symptoms‚ including cravings‚ will fade with every day that you stay smokefree and as you have already stopped smoking and are using a vapor cigarette these symptoms will not bother you much. All the best. God Bless.
