Is Using Nasoclear Recommended To A 8 Month Baby?

It's seems my baby is having blocked nose, we can hear his bad cold noise. Once it happens before, one pediatrician gave "Nasoclear" A nasal drop. My question is, whether it's going to be ok if I use this now. Since my Baby is 8 months now. I hope to see an reply as soon as possible.
Thank you
