Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your biochemical parameters with SGOT level of 58 U/L and triglycerides with 430 mg/dL are showing more than two fold increase. These values indicate that you are at risk for developing fatty liver.

Grading of fatty liver is done by means of ultrasound scan and it is a reliable imaging investigation. Kindly consult a physician with the report for clinical correlation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
