Hello Thanks for query .Based on the Ultrasound Scanning findings your father who is 61 years old has been diagnosed to have 1) Chronic Renal Paranchymal disease 2) Enlarged prostate , Both these pathology are progressive and need to be investigated properly and treated with medications . Please consult qualified Urologist and Nephrologist in any Government or charitable Hospital for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis. 1) Urine routine and culture. 2) Renal Function tests. 3) Serum PSA.
