Is Treatment Necessary For Slight Headache Due To Accidental Fall With Bleeding And Shock?

Hi, my grandma is 65 years kid and she slipped, fell and hit her head on my stair step going outside. She thought she bit her tongue off because it was numb but we checked an it's fine. The thing I'm worried about is her head. It was bleeding pretty badly but not enough for stitches. I'm still scared though she's 65. But the good news is she's not acting weird except that she has a small headache and when she hit her head she seemed in shock. I don't know what to do she says she's fine but I don't want her to go to sleep and not wake up you know?

I understand your concern.

Elderly women with bleeding trauma, headache and shock like symptoms indicate severe symptoms. My recommendation would be get her physically examined by doctor and if necessary further investigation like CT scan might be needed for knowing severity of the disease.
