Is Travel Advisable During Pregnancy?
my wife is 14-15 weeks pregnant with twins. She has slight brown vaginal spotting since 3-4 weeks. She is taking primolut depot 250 mg injection weekly and duphaston 10mg tablets twice a day. Can she air travel for 3-4 hours flight? all other reports and scan are normal.

You wife has two risk factors
One she has twins
And she is also having bleeding.
Ideally she should rest. But if travel is necessary then it's better to add tab duvadilan 10 mg twice a day.
She can stop it after a few days.
