Dear Madam,

The cardinal symptom of pregnancy is missing period, which you have not. Moreover, pregnancy will not cause any symptoms like fatigue so early.

You have bled for more than 10 days. So you must have lost considerable amount of blood. This loss of blood has fatigued you. Please get your blood tested for haemoglobin levels. It may not have been affected to considerable extent by now since it may take some time for the blood to get diluted. Peripheral blood smear examination will give more clear picture of the effect of blood loss.

Please start iron tablets. Take them on empty stomach. Iron does cause gastric upsets. To avoid it, time released iron in spansule form is better. Also take good amount of high protein diet.

Please report to your Gynaecologist after the blood report.
