Is Tingling Sensation In The Bumped Head A Cause For Concern?

I think i bumped my head the other day, i woke up yesturday and it felt like a bruise. Today it hurt and then i went to look at it again and when i touched it i got like a tingling sensation in that area. Im just wondering if there is any concern if i should get it checked out.

I would check it out just to make sure your don't need x-rays to look for a possible skulll fracture since you're having the tingling sensation
