Is Tingling In Hands And Lightheadedness Normal During Pregnancy?

My girlfriend is 20 years old and 24 weeks pregnant and she suddenly got dizzy and her ears started ringing, she is also lightheaded and has tingling in the hands and slightly nauseous. Is this common during pregnancy, or should we be worried? She was just at her o.b. gynecologist yesterday and everything was good. Thanks, Concerned Father
