Is Tightness In The Head & Panic Attacks Related To Stress?

OK so heres the symptoms that i noticed this was probably in the early stages of when this happened i started to noticed that i had a hard time talking to people. I have ever since i was a kid my muscles would tense up i would start doing twitching and my words would be slurred. It happened more freaquently as the years went on. Probably a couple years ago i noticed that id get a charlie horse in my jaw every time that i would yawn. i never new why it happened it just did. after that came the sudden eye twitching it would get better as i focused but it looked as though the entire room was shaking when it wasnt. that stoped and then i noticed muscle spasms in my leg every now and then when i thought about it. few weeks ago i was fighting with my ex and i noticed this really bad pain in the back of my head almost like I had a head band being straped on when i didnt. my memory has recently been affected and i will often times go into a room and either forget things that i im looking for or look at the wrong places completely for them when i wouldnt in the past, For example looking for milk but checking the cub board instaed of the refrigerator and knowing that it was a stupid mistake. I had a panic attack in public a few days ago and i have never had that happent to me before in my life. the tightness in my head is still happening as we speak. is this related to stress or is there a serious problem here?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Every human being makes stupid mistakes and they don't ponder over that stupid mistake again and again. If you do ponder on stupid mistakes again and again, you are obsessing.

The same obsession is ruining your life. You are anxious about your health. Agreed. that is called hypochondriasis. You need to get psychological treatment for your hypochondriasis. Psychotherapy techniques, exercise, breathing can provide you good relief. Instead of doing that, you are obsessing with your problems. Such an activity will produce stress and anxiety.
