Anyway, it is important excluding other possible causes (like coronary artery disease, etc.) which may lead to this symptomatology. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and some tests: - a resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound - a cardiac stress tests - a chest X ray study - some blood lab tests (blood lipid profile, kidney and liver function tests, fasting glucose, blood electrolytes).
