hi doc. report on semen analysis physical examination quantity :2.0ml. colour : whitish . viscosity : viscoid . blood :nil. motility : actively motile :30% sluggishly motile :50% non motile :20% morphology : normal :30% . adnormal : 70 % pus cell : present (++). please doctor tell my report is normal or bad

Look, your semen analysis report indicates normal sperm motility.
Morphology is also within normal limit ( normal is >04% as per WHO 2010).
But, pus cells are present .
So, you have to take a broad spectrum antibiotic like ciprofloxacin to control the infection.
