Is This Semen Analysis Report Normal Or Should I Undergo Infertility Treatment?

Hello doc, My husband has 1-3 pus cells in his semen and his semen count is 45mill/ml, active motility is 30% and sluggish motility is 70% what natural medicine will you suggest for him. Do I have chance to conceive naturally or we have to go for any infertility treatments?

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your husband's semen analysis report suggests infection .
Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
He need antibiotics for infection.
He need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.

Other findings like sperm count and motility is within normal limit.
