Is This Normal Of Getting Heartbeat 160 After 10 Minutes On Treadmill?

I am a healthy male 62 yrs old. After 10 minutes on a treadmill at about 6 km/hr my heart rate is about 160. is this ok? I just begin to break a sweat the- and I go for another 20 minutes. I sweat, but can carry on a conversation, and feel no discomfort.

HI
Well come to HCM
160 heart beat per minutes during the tread mill test is vey uncommon and this is ever happened then it must have been associated some clinical symptoms, ventricular tachycardia is likely, if such symptoms were absent then the heart rate would be questionable, hope this helps.
