Is This Heart Failure/lung Failure ?

hi i just wanted to know a bit about heart failure/lung failure. i have trouble breathing sometimes as if i cant fill up my lungs the whole way and sometimes i notice my heart give a huge thump once in a while off of the normal pace-perhaps irregular heartbeat? id love some clarification

More than clarification, investigation like an echocardiogram and chest x-ray and pulmonary function test will throw more light on whats happening to you..consider doing these investigations soon if you are facing these problems more often, such that you can take active medical and lifestyle measures before it could go more worse like in failure..
