Is This A Bad BP ?

Last 2 dr visits my blood pressure has been 140/80. Is this really bad? I m only in my late 20s and used to always have perfect blood pressure. Is it just from being nervous in dr office? also should I be concerned ?

It's not "bad". It's still in the range of what's considered "normal". I wouldn't worry too much. It can always help to eat a healthy diet and get a fair amount of exercise. This website gives some good info. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/highbloodpressure.html
