Is Thickening Of Clavicle Caused Due To Osteomyolitis?

I have had osteomyolitis of the left collar bone when I was 10-15 years was operated on 3 times I have inflammation at end of collar bone and pain, had ct scan, X-ray and MRI all show odeona thickening of clavicle, I have rheumatoid arthritis also and had cerebyl vasculitis, waiting to see a orthopaedic surgeon, could it be osteomyolitis again after 26 years?
