Is There Evidence Of False Positive AMA Test With Other Problems?

I have been tested x 2 positive for AMA with negative liver enzyme

thank you for posting query.

post cholecystectomy pain maybe due to stones in common bile duct OR increased fat intake OR functional pain.
need further evaluation.

advice:
- get an ultrasound (abdomen) to rule out any stone remnants in common bile duct
- also get a complete blood cell count(CBC) test
- avoid OILY food altogether
- you may need to take nexium/pantocid 40mg once daily before breakfast
for few weeks
- avoid eating stomach full and mouth full
- avoid spicy food

wish you good health.
further queries are welcomed.
