Is There Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?
My son has elevated eosinophils in his blood. The first CBC was 21, the second (two weeks later) 31.8, and the third 9. It is my understanding that they should be 5 or below. What foods could he possibly be allergic to that may cause this? He shows no allergy symptoms at all.

The most common cause of eosinophilia is allergic reactions followed by parasitic infestations. Since his count is settling there is nothing to bother.
However it becomes important to look for round worm infestation( stool examination) which is much commoner than food allergy.
Any kind of dust, hay, air pollutants, deo spray can cause allergy. Make a check list on that and try to avoid, also look for any skin allergies as that might cause eosinophilia.
Get a Absolute eosinophilia count done to confirm.
