Is There Correlation Between Abnormal Bilirubin Levels And Swollen Lymph Nodes?

My seventeen year old son had a urine specimen today and found that his bilirubin was off the charts. Also he had swollen lymph nodes in the neck on both side 2 months ago. He was tested for mono - everything came back okay. Could these two things be related?
