Is There Chances Of Pregnancy Even If On Contraceptive Pill?

Hi, I an 24 years old. I'm 5ft and weight approx 7stone 6pounds. I have recently changed contraceptive pill to cerazette . I bled after one week of being on this pill. It has now been just under four weeks and I have started to get back ache, head ache, heart burn and mist unusually, a stitch-like pain in my left side. I took a pregnancy test three days ago but was negative. however beleive there's a small possibilty I could be pregnant due tofact my fiance and I didn't use condoms during the change over in pills

Usually all the contraceptive pills have a very high >98% success rate if taken regularly and methodically.
The symptoms you are suffering from like headache, heart burn could be due to the changed composition of hormones in the pill.
If you do the pregnancy test before you miss a period, it is always going to be negative. Wait and see whether you miss a period. If you miss, still wait for 8-10 days further before doing the pregnancy test on urine. If required you may confirm by ultrasonography.
Meanwhile to get relief from your symptoms of heartburn you may take some antacid and for head ache you may take safe pain killer with the advice if an obstetrician.
