Is There Anyway That His Puffy Eye Is The Start Of Pink Eye ?

My 11 month old has a puffy bottom eye lid that looks like a black eye without the black. His eyeball is not red at all and He doesnt rub it or touch it like it itches. He also has a fever but i am about 99% positive that it is from teething cause he acts like his mouth hurts and he had the fever for 2 days before he woke up this morning with the puffy eye. Is there anyway that his puffy eye is the start of pink eye ?

Thanks for the query

Puffy eye with fever can happen in GN. I strongly suggest u get a urine routine with s creat and cbc and approach a good pediatrician, GN is common in children and it is a treatable disease. PLease do not neglect it
