Is there anything that I can do to prevent miscarriage with hypothyroidism under control ?

I had a miscarriage in June after 8 weeks. It was blighted ovum. I am pregnant now, probably 2 weeks. I have hypothyroidism and take 137mcg of levothyroxine daily. My thyroid is under control. I take prenatal vitamins with DHA daily. Is there anything that I can do to prevent miscarriage?
