Is There Any Ways That I Can Help Lower My Cholesterol And BP ?

Any ways that I can help lower my cholestoral and blood pressure naturally? Im taking Lotrel, I walk to college which is about a mile each way and bike to work which is 2 and half miles each way. I dont drink soda, smoke, alochol, or anything with salt (or anything with too much salt) and take fish oil each day...Anything else that could help?

I've been running three times a week and eating at least 25 grams of soy protein a day. I hardly eat red meat, mainly chicken or tuna. If I eat oil in cakes, cookies, stir fry, etc., I use only olive oil. It has been 10 months now since I have started these habits, my cholesterol has been as low as 101 and averages between 110 and 120. I've also lost 20 pounds.
