I've been running three times a week and eating at least 25 grams of soy protein
a day. I hardly eat red meat, mainly chicken or tuna. If I eat oil in cakes, cookies, stir fry, etc., I use only olive oil. It has been 10 months now since I have started these habits, my cholesterol
has been as low as 101 and averages between 110 and 120. I've also lost 20 pounds.
