Is There Any Way To Prepone Periods By 4-5 Days Since I Have My Wedding?

Hi Dr, My wedding is on 28th Nov and my period cycle is 28 days. Last month I got my periods on 1st Oct 2013. How can I make sure that my periods are over (at least 4 days) by 24th of Nov 2013? I have periods remaining for Oct and Nov..Anyway if I can prepone this month by 5-6 days and more in Nov? Please suggest.

Thanks for the query.
In case of regular 28 days cycle, possibly you will get periods on 25th or 26th November.
To prepone or postpone the periods you can follow below measures with your doctor's advice.
If you want to prepone the periods:
Start taking progesterone tablets from 11th November.
You have to take the pills for 5 days till 15th.
After stopping the tablets you may get withdrawal bleeding in 4 to 5 days.
To postpone the periods:
You have to start the tablets at least 5 days before the expected date of periods.
And have to continue till the date you want to postpone the periods.
