Is There Any Vaccination For HPV?
I am a 32yr old woman whose partner has had HPV ( 10yrs ago and has been treated ) we want to start having unprotected sex ( after STI checkups) his doctor suggested that I get vaccinated for HPV , I have since done some reserch and the side effects are quite extreme ... is this vaccination neccessary for me ?

HPV vaccine is given to girls to prevent cervical cancers and genital or anal warts.
It is given to girls at very early age means before her sexual contacts means before age of 16 years.
Two doses are given at upper arms 6 to 24 months apart.
It is given up to 18 years of age then it is very less effective.
After 15 years, 3 doses are given.
