Is there any treatment to cure my foot that pains and gets swollen every day ?

sir i m having a leg problem my foot gets swallowing every day and it pains very much and knee also so please tell me any solution sir i m 45 yrs old a male human and i m having a problem in my leg my foot gets swallowing every day and it pains very much i have asked to many doctors but they cant able to get any solution so please look after this

There are many reasons for the swelling of the foot, primary causes are due to the Renal dysfunction, Cardiac failure, Liver disorders are main reasons,.. you need to be clinically evaluated and treated... consult a physician....

join swelling and pain develop due to many reasons so
you give me some more clarification then i can give you better relief
1-when will pain and swelling ? when it reduce?
2-whether it has any color change ?or warm on touch?
3-how long it start?
