Hello Mushina, I understand your worries, but your data appears incomplete. I'd like to know your age please, also whether your male partner has been investigated or not. Conceiving depends on two people, not one, there is no point unnecessarily blaming yourself.
Please get investigated in a scientific manner: whether you are ovulating or not, patency of tubes, any untreated infections, whether sperm count and motility of your partner are normal and of course the timing of intercourse. Hope this answers your query.
